The archive data function is nothing but a full backup. But, unlike standard backup, all data included in the archive file are removed from the disk if the backup process has been completed successfully.
Archive data is useful if your work with projects.
Please note only files added to the archive file are removed from the disk. Folder(s) and excluded files are always available on disk.
